We are located directly on Cape Cod Bay overlooking historic Provincetown Harbor. Our hotel is uniquely situated between the Bay and the Oceanside, and is either a short hike to town or across the dunes to the ocean. While here, you can relax with a stroll down Provincetown's narrow streets brimming with galleries, gift shops, museums, restaurants, and pubs. Or you can mingle with the street scene that doesn't stop.

If the hectic life isn't for you, you can go whale watching on the Dolphin Fleet, sailing, or deep-sea fishing. Hike across the dunes to the Oceanside, visit our pristine beaches, see artist's shacks, enchanting lighthouses, and gaze at some of the most beautiful skies you have even seen.

Wake up and make your way to our lobby, enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, while overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Bring your laptop if you need, our lobby is wireless friendly and provides free access to guests. Now that you have had a good cup of coffee and checked your e-mail, you're ready to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. However, should you choose, you can join us poolside for sun and relaxation. Our poolside bar and grill is open, serving light fare food for lunch as well as beer, frozen drinks and cocktails.
